This Giveaway is sponsored by the Travel Information Finder (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility: The Travelers Coffee Kit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions) and Washington D.C. who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant"(s)). Void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and where prohibited.
The Travelers Coffee Kit Giveaway is also open anyone in Thailand, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
2. Prize: Travelers Coffee Kit (“Prize”). The average retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $26.99.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes.
The odds of winning to Prize depends on total number of eligible entries.
3. Giveaway Period: This is currently a random giveaway of selected tweets or twitter followers. The giveaway duration may change or the giveaway may end at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

5. Winning: The (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Winner shall be chosen within 2 days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
6. Prize Claim: The winner will be notified via a Twitter comment reply and/or via a email message, depending on how the winner entered the giveaway.

The prize must be claimed within 30 days, by submitting a (United States) shipping address for the Prize. The submission can be made using our contact page.

The Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within 30 days of notification, or as directed by the Sponsor. The failure to respond timely, to the notifications and the failure to provide the Prize Claim Documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7. Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. We will only use your information to respond to you, regarding this giveaway.
