1. Eligibility: The Travelers Coffee-Camping Kit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open anyone living in the USA or anyone traveling or living in Thailand, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. You must have an address in the USA or Thailand where we can send the prize to.
2. Prize: Travelers Coffee-Camping Kit (“Prize”).
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes.
The odds of winning to Prize depends on total number of eligible entries.
3. Giveaway Period: This is currently a weekly giveaway.
4. How to Enter: To enter to win, Comment on the specified video tweet our Twitter page.
5. Winning: The (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Winner shall be chosen within 2 days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
6. Prize Claim: The winner will be notified via a Twitter comment reply or via a message, depending on how the winner entered the giveaway.

The Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within 30 days of notification, or as directed by the Sponsor. The failure to respond timely, to the notifications and the failure to provide the Prize Claim Documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7. Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with Twitter’s own Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with Twitter’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
